Saskatchewan's oil and gas industry is expected to provide almost $1.7 billion in revenue to the province in 2007-08. The industry is one of the largest contributors to the provincial economy - nine per cent of the GDP.

The Geological Atlas of Saskatchewan is available for purchase on DVD from our Publications office or for viewing and download from this map server website link. The atlas includes geological maps of Saskatchewan and several geoscience datasets registered to a common projection and viewable in a Geographic Information System (GIS) format.
